Website growth is a number one priority for a lot of small business owners. As the internet and technology climb, so does the competitive market. Today, June 16th 2013, there are billions upon billions of websites online, and they are growing everyday. Search engine optimization is the number one priority in owning any website, business or organization looking to reach millions of consumers directly in there own home via the internet. People will soon find every aspect of there lives easier if it is done online, do you want to be prepared for this transition?

I myself am an entrepreneur/webmaster for about 5+ years now, I have recently started an eCommerce business about a year ago, prior to that I've built and maintained websites for 3 different companies. I love working with computers and have an unbelievable fascination with technology.

Search Engine Optimization is an ongoing learning experience for anyone, whether your a beginner, webmaster, your bored and wanna blog, etc.

Do Not get discouraged if you are a beginner, when you step in to the world of business over the web it can be alarming! Just remember that any site whether its www.beginnersite.com or Macys.com requires constant maintenance, and a consistent change of content. This being said, the top search providers require that any given website needs to be actively changing content or you will fall to the bottom of the list.

Keep in mind when you venture into the online world that you will now have new friend relationships. In fact I keep 3 best friends currently and they are, Google, Bing and Yahoo, I care more about these friends than my own dog, just kidding. The reason I say this is because the search engines ultimate goal is to deliver what any given person is searching for, most updated content, most relevant, etc. They do not like spam, funny looking links, etc.
